Cancellation policy

When you purchase a monthly subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. This means the shortbread you've ordered, will repeat and be delivered to you every month. Our monthly subscriptions work on the basis of "good until cancelled" - which means they will continue to auto-renew every month, until you let us know you'd like to cancel.   

You can let us know you wish to cancel your monthly subscription at any time, simply by logging into your customer account on our website and cancelling the subscription there, or by emailing us directly at enquiries@newforestshortbread.co.uk and we can do it for you. 

Your order confirmation email will also have links to your order, to make it easier for you to manage your subscription from there, if you prefer. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these monthly orders.
